To create, out of the very unorganiced and different seeming content of collective agreements in Austria, a database to serve all users who have to work every day with issues of labour law. Such users usually also need to deal with content of more than only the actual period but also with that of up to seven years, which is the legal period inwhile the austrian finance ministry and the national austrian pension fund can for example ask for their part of the employees wages

Therefor we collect all this information (which we mainly get from the austrian economic chamber) and extract the most needed information in a way to make it very easy finding whatever an accountant, a lawyer and so on might need for their work.

Because we controll our data also with the documents which the contractors have to deposit at the social ministry which is practicly the legal verification of the negotiations, we are able to grant a very high level of data-reliability.

Company history

1993               after starting in the year 1992 we began to sell our Database with a content of
                    only 70 austrian collective agreements over aproxiamatly four periods.
                    The company home at this time was Hall in Tirol.

1996             Moving company to Innsbruck.
                    In the meanwile our database-content enlarged, so we could offer about the most common
                    used collective agreements in Austria over about six negotiation-periods.

2003              Change of ownership and management. Christian Lechner took over all the shares
an became the operational leader.
                      Change of Database to a modern format and starting the internet-presence.

2006               Outsourcing the work on the GUI and database programming, changing on a new
MSSQL-Database, face lift of the internet precence using a new domain and therefor
redesign of the entire database-structure.

2008               Creating special WEBSERVICES for dynamic data-exchange to externel software-
provider which, for the first time in Austria, could integrate data automaticly in their
solutions. (mainly for accountance purpose but also for leasing-worker companies)

2009              Setting up our new Service for lawyers and private users.
